Role: Senior Field Service Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of medical imaging equipment within healthcare settings. Objectives include ensuring optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: perform timely PM, lead installations and validations, manage customer issues from start to resolution, and support service growth through relationship management. Requirements: associate degree or military equivalent with 3+ years servicing electronic or medical equipment, technical proficiency in CT, valid Driver’s License, experience with web and Microsoft tools, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
