Field Engineer 1

Role: Field Engineer I responsible for timely corrective and preventative maintenance of biomedical equipment across North and Central Florida, primarily in Gainesville. Objectives include learning troubleshooting, equipment repair, and installation, while ensuring customer satisfaction through service excellence. Responsibilities encompass supporting equipment PMs, assisting with installations, troubleshooting, handling customer communication, and maintaining administrative duties such as reporting and parts ordering. Qualifications: an associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, military education equivalent, or experience with electro-mechanical equipment; proficiency with web and Microsoft applications; valid driver's license; ability to work 2nd shift, travel for training, and perform physical tasks. Preferred skills include experience in biomedical equipment servicing, strong communication, and customer service skills.
