What You'll Do
Field Development Director (FDD), Field-based; serves as liaison between sales leadership and the field, driving operational excellence and supporting growth of the Attruby Sales team nationwide.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly β€œState of the Nation” presentations; collaborate with Sales Operations to track area/regional performance, contests, growth opportunities, and trends.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Territory Sales Specialists (TSSs) via regular field rides (~2 days/week) to share best practices and strengthen field execution.
- Gain hands-on leadership experience with mentorship from the Area Sales Director (ASD); support RSD/ASD prep, interview processes, and coverage during leaves/vacancies.
- Provide coverage in key geographies as needed (including underperforming/open territories).
- Collaborate with other RSDs through weekly team meetings to share best practices and new initiatives.
- Support national cultural initiatives and TSS professional growth/engagement.
- Lead or contribute to senior-leadership special projects analyzing market trends and improving field effectiveness.
- Help build/improve field systems, training, National Sales Meetings, and tools (Veeva, Power BI).
- Engage regularly with marketing, reimbursement, operations, and other functions.

Where You'll Work
- Field-based position; significant travel required.

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 10+ years pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR.
- BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
- Product/indication launch experience.
- Strong leadership, planning/organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making/problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and execute; high accountability; influence without authority.
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong remote customer engagement skills; adherence to high ethical standards.

Compensation/Benefits (California)
- Salary: $250,000–$310,000 USD.
