Field Clinical Manager, Interventional Oncology (North America) — field-based.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise between external healthcare providers (surgeons/interventionalists) and internal teams to support procedural needs at trial sites.
- Be the site point of contact for procedure-related questions (or route to appropriate study team members).
- Build relationships with site clinicians to improve site experience, enrollment, collaboration, and procedural workflow.
- Advise on training materials; lead on-site or remote training for pharmacy, OR suite, and administration teams.
- Support site feasibility assessments, site qualification visits (SQVs), and site initiation visits (SIVs) with clinical operations.
- Establish/maintain relationships with Global Clinical Operations and trial team partners.
- Develop clinical observations/insights to guide product development.
- Attend and support organizing regional/national/global meetings, including investigator meetings.
- Collaborate with Interventional Oncology KOLs/consulting network to advise trial sites on best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Equivalent experience acceptable instead of a Bachelor’s; Biology, Chemistry, Healthcare and/or Engineering strongly preferred.
- 7+ years healthcare industry experience.
- Required: industry representative or procedural support role in an operating room environment.
- Required: teamwork/collaboration, inclusion, and strong relationships with internal/external partners.
- Self-starter/adaptable; comfort in agile start-up environments preferred.
- Preferred: clinical trial execution experience; familiarity with ICH GCP.
- Preferred: technical experience with surgical technologies (e.g., robotics, medical imaging).
- Required: strong problem-solving.
- Preferred: KOL development/management experience.
- Required: travel up to 75% domestically and/or internationally.
- Required: monitor KPIs; fluency in English.
