Field Associate II (JERSEYVILLE, IL)

Role: Field Associate II supporting Bayer’s R&D crop research in crops like corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, and canola. Responsibilities: coordinate with growers, supervise seasonal staff, assist with phenotyping and data collection using specialized equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborate across teams to improve data quality and operational procedures.
