Field Analytics & Reporting Associate Director, Kidney

Role: Associate Director of Field Analytics and Reporting supporting Vertex's product launches, focusing on developing and managing field-centric analytics solutions. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point for field reporting needs, collaborating with IT and vendors for system development and deployment, designing dashboards with Power BI, conducting ad hoc analyses, optimizing data warehouse models, and monitoring field KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. This role acts as a liaison with Field Operations, ensuring seamless data and system integration, and supports field performance enhancement through insights and training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of pharmaceutical analytics experience, with at least 3 years supporting product launches; proficiency in Snowflake, Power BI, and pharmaceutical sales data; strong communication and project management skills. Preferred qualifications include deep understanding of complex pharma sales environments across IDNs, HCPs, and virtual channels, as well as experience with CRM, customer data management, and field reporting.
