The Field Access Lead (FAL) is responsible for patient access and implementing the access strategy. This role provides technical expertise to healthcare provider (HCP) offices to resolve access and reimbursement issues, supporting patient access to Pfizer therapies.

Key Duties

• Conducting office calls
• Educating HCPs on payer landscapes and policies
• Coordinating reauthorizations
• Assisting with coding/claims issues

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical experience
• Strong background in access and reimbursement
• Excellent communication skills
• Strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• B.S./B.A. degree
