Position Overview:
Finance Manager - Global Finance Digital Transformation Office (New Brunswick, NJ). Provide financial leadership support for enterprise-wide transformational projects (Project SigniFi & Transact) and other Global Finance technology investments. Own financial leadership for the SigniFi Program, Transact Program, and other material finance technology investments. Coordinate collection/consolidation of finance-wide technology investments for senior finance and enterprise reporting, including business case valuations, monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting. Prepare materials tracking program progress against business case and support standardization/simplification in line with the SigniFi Initiative (enterprise planning calendar, enterprise technology platforms, and cross-sector partnership/standardization across Regional Finance teams).

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management of SigniFi, TransAct, and Central FS&T Technology budgets (Business Plan, financial updates, long-range plan, actual vs. budget, business case updates, ad-hoc analyses)
- Lead quarterly financial reviews; identify risks/opportunities to the Business Plan
- Support capital appropriation requests for Finance Technology and reviews with senior leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2 Finance Professionals; build collaboration across FDTO and FS&T
- Participate in functional/career development training
- Support ad hoc Global Finance requests/projects/reporting
- Support continuous improvement; ensure policies/procedures are followed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer Finance or Accounting)
- 5+ years related finance and/or accounting experience
- CPA/CMA or other financial certifications preferred
- Prior people management preferred
- Ability to influence high-level financial leaders
- Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes and procedures
- Strong influencing, independent thinking, planning/prioritization, and communication in a matrix environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Continuous improvement mindset; meet tight deadlines while collaborating with finance and non-finance partners
- Location: New Brunswick, NJ; up to 5% travel

Skills (preferred):
- CPA/CMA or other financial certifications
