Role: Facility/Utilities Engineer supporting plant engineering and utility systems at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site, focusing on mechanical system improvements and process optimization. Responsibilities: manage engineering projects, lead plant utility system enhancements, troubleshoot equipment (e.g., HVAC, chillers, water systems), oversee deviations and GMP documentation, develop training, and collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams. Requirements: BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years facility/utility experience, knowledge of cGMPs, problem-solving skills, and utility system expertise. Preferred: pharma GMP experience, mechanical and automation skills, project management, and troubleshooting experience on HVAC, boilers, chillers, and related systems. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing environment, cGMP compliance, utilities (USP water, HVAC), regulated industry standards, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Work setup: on-site with approximately 10% travel.
