Facilities Specialist, Laboratory Equipment

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate laboratory equipment service agreement negotiations and purchases.
- Liaise with internal customers and suppliers to obtain service quotations.
- Enter and upload asset details and agreements into TRIRIGA and Oracle.
- Update records, track agreements, and maintain documentation in TRIRIGA.
- Use maintenance data and user feedback to provision service agreements appropriately.
- Collaborate with R&D Operations, Finance, and Global Procurement to address end user needs.
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal service terms.
- Manage asset creation in Outlook and enable lab and equipment reservations.
- Complete data entry and analysis projects to improve reporting tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze volumes of data across various reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail orientation and ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform duties with limited supervision.
- Experience communicating across platforms and following up to drive customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation skills and comfort working in a data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment.
- Familiarity with lab equipment service contracts and warranties.
- Working knowledge of databases and Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
