Preferred skills include experience with Lilly systems, external innovation, project operations, and cross-regional collaboration, particularly in biotech ecosystems. High-value biopharma specifics include early-stage (discovery to proof-of-concept), cross-therapeutic collaboration, and global partnership management, with up to 10% travel. The role is based in San Diego.
