Expert Maintenance Technician - Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: Lead Maintenance Technician at Lilly's new Lilly Medicine Foundry, overseeing maintenance of manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Responsibilities: perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems; lead technician teams; troubleshoot equipment issues; maintain accurate documentation; collaborate with engineering and production teams; support continuous improvement initiatives; and ensure safety and GMP compliance. Requirements: high school diploma; minimum 5 years multi-craft maintenance experience in pharma or manufacturing; authorization to work in the US; proficiency in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and CMMS systems. Preferred: associate’s or technical degree, 10+ years experience, leadership skills, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with technical schematics.
