Expert Maintenance Technician - Lilly Medicine Foundry

Role: Lead Maintenance Technician overseeing multi-craft maintenance of manufacturing and facilities equipment at Lilly's new advanced manufacturing site. Objectives: ensure optimal equipment performance, regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime to support clinical trial medicines. Responsibilities: perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation issues; lead a team of technicians; maintain documentation; collaborate with engineering and production teams; support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: minimum 5 years in multi-craft maintenance within pharma or manufacturing; high school diploma; proficiency with CMMS (Maximo), electronic devices; strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Preferred: 10+ years of experience, associate’s or technical degree, leadership skills, knowledge of GMP standards, and experience with process pumps, boilers, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
