Role: Data Science Expert II specializing in cell and gene therapy research, focusing on bioinformatics and computational analysis of multi-omics datasets. Responsibilities: analyze sequencing data to assess genome integrity, therapy performance, and safety; develop reproducible pipelines; generate insights to support R&D; create visualizations and communicate findings; collaborate with laboratory teams on experiment design and workflows; document methods per quality standards. Requirements: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Biostatistics, or Systems Biology; experience with high-throughput biological data, proficiency in Python or R; experience with cloud/high-performance computing; strong statistical, experimental design, and visualization skills; effective collaborator and communicator.
