Role: Experienced Scientist in in-vivo CAR-T supporting formulation development of lentiviral vectors (LVV) for early to late-stage drug development. Responsibilities: perform formulation design, optimization, characterization, and scale-up; support technology transfer and GMP readiness; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory; document experiments per GxP standards and troubleshoot processes. Requirements: B.S./M.S. in Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering; 2-4 years of relevant experience in viral vector formulation, process scale-up, and GxP principles; strong laboratory skills in drug product development, data analysis, and process understanding; proactive, detail-oriented, effective communicator. Preferred: experience with viral vector platforms, advanced therapies, and formulation strategies across development stages; familiarity with process validation and manufacturing support.
