Role Summary
- Provide administrative and office services for the Office of the CEO (OCEO), leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency, communication, and work processes in a complex, fast-paced, and sometimes urgent environment.

Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex travel planning (itineraries, aviation, ground transportation, hotels, and restaurant reservations; may include international travel, personal/family travel, and visa prep).
- Use AI and cloud-based platforms for writing, scheduling, and research.
- Manage meeting logistics (room reservations, connection details, food ordering, visitor registration, security coordination).
- Prepare meeting materials (briefings, note cards), using MS OneNote.
- Support CEO scheduling/calendar management as needed.
- Manage executive floor operations (room reservations, supplies, catering, safety trainings) with Workplace Experience and Security.
- Support CEO record keeping, governance/attendance, travel planning, agenda preparation and execution.
- Support purchase order creation and invoice processing.
- Coordinate and distribute executive reward tickets.
- Handle executive correspondence (triage mail; send invitation responses).
- Manage high-volume email prioritization and follow-ups.
- Exercise discretion with confidential information; coordinate key info with ELT offices/business units.
- Partner with ELT administrative colleagues and Digital Executive Support; complete ad hoc operations improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications
- High school/GED; 5+ years experience with 2+ years executive-level support.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using AI tools/cloud platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft 365/Teams/Outlook/OneNote/SharePoint and meeting management tools.
- Professional maturity; collaboration; relationship-building; cross-cultural capability.
- Pfizer systems proficiency (e.g., Ariba, SharePoint, Concur, Workday) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Schedule/Location
- Flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed); hybrid; frequent on-site NY HQ.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Salary: $35.93–$63.00/hour; eligibility for overtime/weekend/holiday premiums; 401(k) with Pfizer match; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental leave and medical leave; medical/dental/vision coverage.
