Role: Executive Medical Director, Early Clinical Development in Aesthetic Medicine, leading translational and clinical strategies to develop innovative aesthetic dermatologic treatments. Responsibilities: develop and refine therapeutic hypotheses, design early clinical studies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (discovery, biomarker, clinical pharmacology, regulatory), and evaluate external partnership opportunities. Serve as a scientific and strategic leader, influencing portfolio direction and advancing transformational medicines for skin health, facial, and body aesthetics. Lead regulatory interactions and contribute to medical and scientific external engagement. Requirements: MD or DO, board eligible/certified in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or related specialty; 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience in early clinical development, with proven leadership in translational medicine, biomarker development, and clinical trial design. Preferred: PhD in Skin Biology or related field, experience with novel aesthetic modalities (injectables, biologics, regenerative medicines), and previous regulatory and partnership experience.
