Responsibilities:
- Ensure strategic long-term and annual conceptualization and execution of US and Global Medical Affairs plans for late-stage Neurology products/compounds align with corporate strategies.
- Develop and execute US and globally focused medical strategy and tactics, including internal/external disease area/product training, annual medical planning, scientific communications, and collaborations with experts.
- Apply therapeutic/disease area expertise to address current and future clinical needs and inform medically appropriate use of investigational medicines.
- Provide oversight and hands-on support for management, generation, and dissemination of clinical and non-clinical data supporting medical strategy and enabling high-quality publications.
- Develop and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with clinical experts, societies, collaborative groups, advocacy groups, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and foster professional development and growth of direct reports.
- Demonstrate strong people management and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD); MD preferred.
- Specialized clinical training in Neurology or Neurology experience through industry.
- 14+ years total experience post-medical degree, with at least 10 years progressive experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Research & Development (or related).
- Ability to collaborate with commercial and market access teams for commercial launches.
- Clinical knowledge across Neurology diseases (Myasthenia Gravis preferred).
- Industry experience planning, executing, and reporting clinical trials with post-marketing experience required.
- Prior experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration with commercial/marketing teams strongly desired.
- Experience working with field-based colleagues/MSLs required.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
