Executive Medical Director, Global Clinical Development

Role: Executive Medical Director, Medical Monitor, leading clinical trial oversight in immuno-oncology at Agenus. Objectives: ensure patient safety, scientific integrity, and data quality across clinical programs; support regulatory submissions and external scientific engagement. Responsibilities: act as Medical Monitor, review safety and clinical data, develop clinical development plans, author and review key regulatory documents, and collaborate across functions including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory Affairs. Requirements: MD or equivalent with 5+ years of clinical research experience; strong background in oncology drug development, especially immuno-oncology, checkpoint inhibitors, or immune-based therapies; proven leadership in early and late-phase clinical programs, including Phase 3 and regulatory submissions.
