Role: Executive Medical Director leading clinical scientific strategy for Regeneron's hematology non-I/O BCMA cell therapy program. Responsibilities: provide scientific leadership, design innovative clinical development plans, oversee trial execution, and collaborate with external regulators, KOLs, and internal teams across R&D, Medical Affairs, and Marketing. Lead and develop a team of MDs and clinical scientists, serve as a clinical expert in hematology, and influence regulatory interactions and development timelines. Requirements: MD or equivalent, 6-8+ years of industry experience in hematology or immunology, proven leadership, experience with IND/BLA/NDA submissions, and expertise in drug development, including FIH and later-phase studies.
