Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development (Psychiatry)

Role: Executive Medical Director overseeing clinical development in neuropsychiatric indications, focusing on Phase 2 and 3 trials. Responsibilities include protocol design, medical review, trial oversight, external engagement with regulatory and scientific communities, strategic input on therapeutic priorities, and mentoring colleagues. Core tasks involve leading clinical subteams, contributing to regulatory documents, and ensuring project coordination across functions such as regulatory, preclinical, pharmacology, CMC, and commercial. Qualifications: MD with drug development experience in psychiatry, 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry, proven leadership in psychiatric drug development, and experience with NDA/BLA submissions.
