What Youβll Do
- Provide accountability and primary oversight of the execution of multiple portfolio assets.
- Lead clinical activities and ensure successful management of development aspects for marketed assets.
- Deliver scientific leadership across trial-level DU activities in partnership with various functions.
- Represent Biogen in external collaborations and events related to these assets (e.g., Regulatory discussions and scientific meetings).
- Act as the DU representative in business development activities if required.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- MD with significant clinical experience; clinical training in internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry is desired.
- At least 10 years of clinical and clinical research experience.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience and industry experience in clinical late-stage development or medical affairs.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking managing assets across lifecycle and geographies with differing needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Base compensation range: $332,000.00β$423,000.00.
