Executive Medical Director

Role: Executive Medical Director overseeing clinical development of TV platform therapeutics targeting neurodegenerative diseases and inherited metabolic disorders. Responsibilities: provide medical oversight of trial design, establish development standards, lead regulatory interactions, guide clinical strategy, interpret data, and manage cross-functional teams; build relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders; drive publication and patient advocacy efforts; ensure GCP compliance. Preferred: experience in biotech/pharma leadership, accelerated FDA pathways (Breakthrough, Fast Track), rare neurological diseases, and Orphan Drug designations.
