Role: Provide strategic leadership for lifecycle management of Neurocrine's commercial-stage and near-launch products, focusing on maximizing long-term patient and business value. Responsibilities: Develop and align multi-year lifecycle strategies, lead cross-functional lifecycle teams, integrate insights from Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Market Access, and HEOR; identify opportunities for indication expansion, formulation improvements, evidence generation, and market access; communicate strategic plans to senior leadership; monitor external factors impacting product success; and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: BS/BA with 16+ years, or MA/MBA with 14+ years, or PhD/MD/PharmD with 12+ years in biotech/pharma; extensive experience in lifecycle planning, product launch, and post-launch growth strategies; strong leadership in matrix organizations; deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, evidence strategies, and cross-functional coordination; proven ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively at executive levels.
