Executive Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (covering Grand Rapids, MI territory including Kalamazoo, Holland, Traverse City and Alpena)

Responsibilities:
- Attain sales objectives; present complex clinical and business information on Janssen Biotech immunology products and services to Dermatology healthcare professionals, government agencies, professional and patient groups, health plans, and other decision-makers.
- Execute franchise and company brand strategy/tactics within the assigned customer segment (e.g., physicians and staff in specialty practices, hospital/clinic specialists, and pharmacists in the geographic area) using discretion and judgment.
- Influence decision makers and influencers to support appropriate use of company products for relevant disease states by applying clinical/business expertise and effective selling skills.
- Execute local marketing strategies, leveraging resources and collaborating with internal team members to enhance business results.
- Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating relationships with key local decision makers who influence decisions within healthcare provider systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree minimum.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to travel as necessary.
- Reside in close proximity to the geography or be willing to relocate.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals (pharmaceutical/biotech/device/healthcare) OR large account management OR business-to-business OR recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling injectable/infused products.
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or Dermatology.
- Experience managing through complex reimbursement issues.
- Experience in project-oriented selling in a high-incentive, individual performance culture with documented successful sales performance.
- Completion of Management Development course(s).
