Principal Responsibilities:
- Operationalize the scientific platform for publication planning, conferences strategy, KOL development, and translation to field force execution.
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and tactics to drive awareness, market share, and revenue growth.
- Oversee portfolio development/positioning and ensure consistent messaging and brand equity across channels; partner with AOR to achieve performance and measure KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (KAMs, MSLs, FRSs, sales field force) to execute product launch strategies (segmentation, pricing, messaging, promotional activities).
- Oversee marketing communications: collateral, digital content, sales tools, and advertising campaigns.
- Lead forecasting and analysis: lead insight generation, segmentation, demand forecasting, ROI and competitive analysis, market mix optimization, scenario planning.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient advocacy groups.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget; optimize ROI.
- Ensure marketing activities adhere to pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare with multiple successful brand launches; 10+ years marketing experience.
- 10+ years leading teams.
- Diabetes category launch experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharma market landscape (regulatory, market access, HUB/reimbursement).
- Strong strategic/analytical skills; proven results in innovative marketing strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, influencing, and financial/budget management skills.
- Travel 30% or more.

Pay Range: $224,000 - $336,000 per year
