Executive Director, Vaccine Drug Product Development

Role: Executive Director, Vaccine Drug Product Development, providing strategic and scientific leadership across vaccine portfolio from early development to commercialization. Responsibilities include defining drug product strategy, overseeing formulation, process development, manufacturing, and lifecycle management, and influencing portfolio decisions through data-driven insights. Building organizational capabilities, talent development, and fostering cross-functional partnerships are key focus areas. Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline; 12+ years in vaccine or sterile drug product development, with proven leadership in strategy, CMC, regulatory, and commercialization. Experience leading scientific teams, influencing cross-functionally, and managing vaccine development programs in regulated environments is required. High-value specifics: vaccine development, sterile manufacturing, CMC strategy, IND/Phase stages, regulatory interactions, and global commercialization. Location: Hybrid, preferably in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ, with ~25% travel.
