Position Summary
The Executive Director, CASA, Commercial US & WW Forecasting TA Lead is a senior leader who advises Commercial and Finance leadership and delivers data-driven, holistic forecasts to maximize commercial potential for the therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end forecasting for Year 1, Year 3, Year 10, and business development (BD) scenarios.
- Establish defendable revenue expectations; maintain transparency on business risks/opportunities; identify actionable levers.
- Translate complex business questions into clear forecasting roadmaps aligned with enterprise and brand strategies.
- Integrate forecasting, chart audit, competitive intelligence, and market research insights for scenario planning.
- Engineer commercial success by enabling matrix leaders (Commercial, Finance, MAx, Business Development, R&D, IR) to drive KPI goals.
- Align net sales assumptions; gather and integrate forecasting inputs/assumptions from MAx, Brand, and Finance.
- Lead and operate the Integrated Net Sales (INS) forecasting model (gross demand, GTN, inventory/pipeline, net sales) with consistent, accurate calculations.
- Partner with Finance to deliver quarterly, annual, and long-term forecasts across P1/P2/P3, Budget, and LTFP cycles.
- Define and run forecasting scenarios with brand leads/MAx; perform sensitivity analyses.
- Partner with Customer Engagement and Data teams to incorporate latest market dynamics and performance trends.
- Facilitate ongoing dialogue among commercial, medical, and finance stakeholders.
- Lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with team members across geographies.
- Serve as primary point of contact for forecasting topics with enterprise partners (e.g., Ex-US markets, Supply/GPS, Finance).
- Enhance forecasting capabilities via AI/digital innovation; adopt advanced analytics and tools to improve accuracy/efficiency.
- Bridge business needs and technical solutions to ensure AI initiatives are fit-for-purpose.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing forecasting team; champion change management.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in forecasting/analytics (pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare).
- Proven expertise in short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting, including business development evaluations.
- Proficient integrating statistical tools and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex data.
- Pharma business/forecasting datasets knowledge (claims, volume, sales, payers, accounts, etc.).
- Experience improving data quality via standardization/automation with BI&T.
- Ability to select and apply appropriate analytical/modeling approaches.
- Familiarity with integrated net sales components (gross demand, GTN, pipeline/inventory) and therapeutic/brand dynamics.
- Cross-functional experience across commercial matrix (e.g., Brand, MAx, Finance).
- Strong communication skills; ability to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated collaboration with customer engagement and data teams.
- Track record driving AI/digital innovation in forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and communication; influence senior leaders; manage large cross-functional/matrix teams.
- Demonstrated results in team development and organizational design.

Compensation / Benefits (as stated)
- Compensation range: $273,870 - $331,866.
- Health coverage (medical, pharmacy, dental, vision); wellbeing programs; 401(k); short- and long-term disability; life/accident and supplemental insurance; paid time off (flexible time off for US Exempt employees; annual paid vacation for certain roles) and additional time off based on eligibility.
