Executive Director, US Region Operations

Role: Executive Director, U.S. Region Operations at a biopharma oncology company, focusing on scaling and optimizing commercial organization and processes. Responsibilities: partner with US General Manager and leadership team to develop strategic plans, oversee operational governance, lead organizational scaling, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and foster a unified culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in biotech, pharma, or healthcare, including extensive experience in commercial or launch operations, organizational design, and cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated senior leadership, process design, and strategic planning skills; track record of success in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA/MS/PhD), oncology/specialty pharma commercialization background, and experience leading commercialization operations or PMO functions.
