Responsibilities include overseeing promotional activities, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration on brand positioning and differentiation, disease awareness campaigns, and field enablement. The role also involves leading team development, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 12-15+ years in biotech/pharma with extensive experience in HCP marketing, especially in rare diseases, neurology, or biologics; proven track record in launching and managing complex therapeutic portfolios; strong leadership, strategic, and cross-functional influencing skills; and knowledge of omnichannel marketing, customer journeys, and stakeholder ecosystems.
