Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface with all payers and plans within the enterprise account.
- Lead partnership and exchange between account and BMS senior-level interactions.
- Supervise profitable negotiations across assigned accounts for the U.S. BMS portfolio and strategic positioning to ensure contract optimization.
- Supervise development of stakeholder maps identifying key influencers and decision makers; specify targets and who at BMS owns relationship-building.
- Ensure development of account goals/objectives and tactical execution plans aligned with BMS strategy.
- Monitor account progress toward goal accomplishment, including product sales performance and gross-to-net margin contribution.
- Diagnose unmet account needs or capabilities related to account strategy.
- Capture and disseminate customer and competitive intel from account strategy execution.
- Contribute to design and development of processes for cross-account and cross-functional best-practice sharing.
- Supervise delivery of value, access, HEOR, population health messages, and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, etc.).
- Recent payer National Account management experience (4+ years).
- Pricing/contracting experience, with focus on contract optimization (3+ years).
- Executive presence; ability to close profitable deals with managed care and government payers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer-centric approaches using multi-disciplinary capabilities to achieve coverage objectives.
- Proven leadership, analytic, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in medical and pharmacy benefit products.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:
- $253,670 - $307,383.
