Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end US market access strategy for BMS Oncology/hematology inline and pipeline portfolio.
- Understand pipeline and transition global launch strategy work to the US post-CSRE.
- Represent the US on access-related committees (e.g., DEX, CRF, price exception).
- Leverage team/partners (Pricing, PASS, Field Access) to drive strategy for brand pricing, launch sequencing, payer/provider contracting, payer marketing, PASS, and GTN management.
- Use integrated MAx/business/external insights to create customized access strategies for brands/assets.
- Provide access strategy support across the asset lifecycle (pre-launch to LOE).
- Set portfolio launch objectives/metrics, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet year-end goals.
- Assess marketplace trends and develop innovative approaches to external challenges.
- Build and lead the market access team (coaching, feedback, training, upskilling, rotations; promote continuous learning).
- Tailor market access team objectives/capabilities to Oncology needs and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA and/or post-graduate degree required; PharmD preferred.
- Critical: commercial and access leadership experience in the US.
- Deep knowledge of value/access/pricing, data & analytics, payment and HEOR across US and global markets; ability to formulate and execute access strategies.
- Ability to anticipate risk and build contingencies.
- 10–15+ years’ experience in Market Access/Value & Access Marketing/HEOR.
- Proven leadership of high-performing cross-functional teams; strong verbal/written communication.
- Understanding of US healthcare/payer landscape and regulatory environment (e.g., 340B, IRA).
- Knowledge of product development and commercialization; significant launch/commercialization experience desired.

Compensation (explicitly stated): $251,080–$304,252; additional incentive cash/stock may be available (eligibility-based).
