Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end US market access strategy for BMS Oncology and hematology in-line and pipeline portfolio.
- Understand pipeline and transition global launch strategy work quickly to US post-CSRE.
- Represent US on access decision committees (e.g., DEX, CRF, Price exception).
- Partner with Pricing, PASS, Field Access and other functional partners to develop strategy for brand pricing, launch sequencing, payer/provider contracting, payer marketing, PASS, and GTN management.
- Use integrated insights (MAx, business, and external trends) to develop customized access strategies for Oncology brands/assets.
- Provide US access strategy support across each asset lifecycle (pre-launch through LOE).
- Set portfolio-wide launch strategy standards; define objectives/metrics for access success; track progress; syndicate with leadership and adjust to meet year-end goals.
- Assess marketplace trends and develop innovative approaches to address external challenges.
- Build and lead a high-performing team (attract, develop, retain; coaching/feedback).
- Maintain/upskill team knowledge (training, market access programming, internal rotations).
- Tailor Market Access team objectives/capabilities to Oncology business needs; strengthen cross-functional collaboration for alignment and implementation.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA and/or post-graduate degree required; PharmD preferred.
- Deep understanding of Oncology therapeutics and specialty pharmacy benefit categories; US commercial and access leadership experience critical.
- Strong knowledge of value, access, pricing, data/analytics, payment, and HEOR across US and global markets; proven ability to formulate and execute access strategies.
- Ability to anticipate risk and build contingencies.
- 10–15+ years’ experience in Market Access, Value/Access Marketing, and HEOR.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams; excellent verbal/written communication to influence decisions.
- Understanding of US healthcare/payer landscape and regulatory environment (e.g., 340B, IRA).
- Knowledge of product development and commercialization process; significant launch/commercialization experience desired.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Compensation range: $251,080–$304,252.
