Executive Director, U.S. HCP Marketing

Role: Executive Director, U.S. HCP Marketing for Rezdiffra at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, leading strategic and tactical execution of HCP-facing marketing efforts. Responsibilities include developing brand positioning, managing marketing campaigns, overseeing KOL engagement, congress strategies, and sales enablement; driving omni-channel, digital, and non-personal promotion; collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and Regulatory; and managing external agencies and team operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 18+ years in pharma/biotech marketing with 10+ years in HCP brand marketing of high-growth or blockbuster specialty products, preferably in liver or cardiometabolic areas. Proven experience in launching and managing specialty brands within regulatory constraints, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
