EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, TRANSLATIONAL SCIENCE & CLINICAL BIOMARKERS

Role: Executive Director of Translational Science & Clinical Biomarkers, leading strategic biomarker development for γδ T cell–based therapies from IND through clinical phases. Responsibilities: define and oversee biomarker strategies to elucidate mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and patient selection; guide assay development and validation; collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, Bioinformatics, and Nonclinical Research; drive companion diagnostics and precision medicine initiatives; manage external partnerships; lead regulatory submissions; build and mentor a high-performing team. Requirements: PhD in immunology, cancer biology, or related field; 10–15+ years in biotech/pharma, with deep immunology expertise, especially cellular immunology, immuno-oncology, and cell-based therapeutics; demonstrated leadership in translational medicine; experience supporting regulatory filings; strong communication and leadership skills.
