Executive Director, Trade and Distribution

Role: Executive Director of Trade & Distribution responsible for developing and executing the U.S. trade, distribution, and channel strategy for the company's retina portfolio in ophthalmology. Responsibilities: establish and manage relationships with specialty distributors, pharmacies, GPOs, and provider networks; optimize product availability and market access; lead contract negotiations and channel economics; support product launches with operational readiness; collaborate across functions including Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and governance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences; 10+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles; 5+ years leading trade or channel management; deep knowledge of specialty pharma distribution models, buy-and-bill reimbursement, and ophthalmic biologics; proven negotiation and financial management skills.
