Executive Director, Therapeutic Area Strategy, Oncology and Hematology

Role: Executive Director, Therapeutic Area Strategy for Oncology & Hematology supporting strategic development and external insights to foster sustainable growth. Responsibilities: develop holistic TA strategies, offer early-phase commercial insights to project teams (especially US in-market experience), analyze industry reports for key messages and forecasts, and support pipeline development and licensing opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 7-10 years in pharma or medical devices with expertise in Oncology and/or Hematology; strong experience in strategy, M&A, BD&L, or asset shaping; recent US market experience; advanced degree (MD, PhD, MBA) preferred.
