Executive Director, TechOps Alliance and Strategic Partnerships

Role: Senior leader overseeing external partnerships for manufacturing, technical operations, and supply within Dyne Therapeutics' neuromuscular disease programs. Responsibilities include shaping alliance strategies, establishing governance models, managing partner relationships, aligning cross-functional planning, monitoring performance metrics, and mitigating risks. The role involves driving execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from late-stage development through commercialization, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred. 18+ years in biopharmaceutical or biotech industries, with 10+ years in leadership roles and 5+ years in alliance management, especially within manufacturing, supply chain, or technical operations. Deep expertise in biopharma development, including manufacturing, supply chain, and launch readiness, along with strategic planning, governance, contract oversight, and risk management. Skills include executive communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and decision-making in ambiguous environments. High-Value: Extensive leadership in pharma/biotech alliances, manufacturing and supply chain expertise, experience with late-stage development and commercialization, and strategic partnership development.
