Position: Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Neuroscience Commercialization (Princeton, NJ)

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor/strategic partner to SVP; manage sensitive matters, triage SVP priorities, draft executive communications.
- Lead Board/leadership/investor relations presentations; partner on business updates/performance narratives; prepare executive briefing materials.
- Design/manage Neuroscience Leadership Team โ€œRhythm of Businessโ€ (strategic planning calendar, governance, QBRs, town halls); lead offsite planning; drive special โ€œwhite spaceโ€ projects; track decisions/commitments/action items.
- Drive operational/process excellence: process improvements, OpEx/resource allocation, budget/projections in partnership with Finance; support enterprise process execution.
- Act as early-warning system: triage/escalate issues appropriately; unblock decision-making.
- Ensure matrix alignment across leadership teams/functions/partners; support internal/external communications; represent Neuroscience as needed.
- Define and drive Neuroscience AI strategy/operating model; sponsor AI use cases; build AI fluency; standardize AI-enabled reporting with compliance/approvals.
- Lead S&O team: prioritize Book of Work, develop/retain talent, succession planning, onboarding; cultivate inclusive/innovative culture.

Qualifications
- B.S./B.A. required; MBA/post-grad strongly preferred.
- 10โ€“15 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (Commercialization, Strategy & Operations, or related).
- Deep commercialization/launch and lifecycle management experience; change management.
- Strong emotional intelligence; discretion with confidential matters; influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication (exec voice).
- Preferred: Pricing & Reimbursement, Outcomes Research, Government Affairs, Payer Management.
- Understanding of evolving AI/technology landscape; ability to translate business needs to use cases; learning agility.
- Leadership experience selecting/leading/developing teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- $239,080โ€“$289,708 (plus possible incentive cash/stock).
