Executive Director, Strategic Marketing

Role: Executive Director, Strategic Marketing responsible for shaping Evolus' corporate presence and customer engagement in the aesthetics industry. Responsibilities: develop relationships with industry thought leaders, manage trade show and event strategies, oversee KOL engagement plans, coordinate industry presence at medical meetings, monitor industry trends, and lead cross-functional customer engagement initiatives to promote Evolus' value proposition. Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal, and Compliance teams, and lead strategic initiatives with external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 15+ years in progressive healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech marketing with a focus on aesthetics, injectable products, and industry relationships. Skills include excellent communication, project management, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments. Preferred: deep industry knowledge, existing relationships with KOLs, familiarity with clinical studies, and experience in trade show strategy.
