About The Role
Executive Director, Respiratory Value and Access Lead (Market Access). Reporting to the VP, US Market Access, develop strategies to ensure Insmed’s respiratory disease products are covered by payers and accessible to patients. Bridge clinical development, regulatory approval, and commercialization—focusing on reimbursement, pricing, and health economic evidence while monitoring US payer coverage and provider reimbursement opportunities and risks.

What You’ll Do
- Lead US Respiratory Value and Access strategy for launch preparedness; align and contribute to HEOR evidence generation plans.
- Partner with Global Program Teams, EMEA and Japan Market Access Teams, Commercial Effectiveness, HEOR, Managed Care, Channel/Trade, Patient Services and Field Access to develop economic narratives, value propositions, and evidence plans to support access and reimbursement.
- Align product value with clinical trial design and regulatory strategy.
- Lead strategic pricing assessments and contracting recommendations for Respiratory.
- Lead and influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders on access dynamics and strategy.
- Partner with HEOR and Managed Care leadership to develop evidence-based dossiers for payer decision-making.
- Coordinate payer engagement activities, distribution, and patient services.
- Develop contracting strategy to secure favorable, profitable coverage while managing payer costs and mitigating risk.
- Monitor policy, reimbursement, and pricing landscape for business impact.

Who You Are
- Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in market access, HEOR and/or pricing, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years’ experience in the same fields.

You Are Or You Also Have
- Direct experience in Respiratory value and access.
- Deep understanding of payer access dynamics across administration modalities and the US policy landscape.
- Ability to recognize/interpreting business issues and make sound business judgments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and value tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have (but Not Required)
- Experience in ex-US markets (EMEA, Japan).

Where You’ll Work
Fully remote; occasional travel for team meetings/events.

Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% frequent travel.
