Requirements: PhD in neuroscience or related field; 10+ years in drug discovery or early development, with expertise in neuroscience research and external opportunity assessment; strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred: track record of progressing programs to IND or beyond; cross-functional collaboration experience; knowledge of legal, contractual, and geographic considerations for international partnerships.
