Executive Director, R&D Strategy & Operations

Role: Executive Director, R&D Strategy & Operations, serving as strategic partner and Chief of Staff to the EVP, Head of R&D & CMO, to drive organizational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and operational excellence in biopharma R&D. Responsibilities: advise R&D leadership, oversee portfolio planning, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, enhance organizational effectiveness, lead governance and strategic planning, manage resource allocation, and support enterprise-wide initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences, business, or related field; 12+ years industry experience with 10+ years in R&D leadership roles; advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA) preferred.
