Role: Senior leader responsible for strategic planning, execution, and governance of MacroGenics' development portfolio, guiding assets from discovery through clinical development, regulatory approval, and commercialization. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams across research, clinical, CMC, regulatory, and business units; develop integrated development plans including timelines, budgets, risks, and decision points; oversee portfolio management activities such as scenario analysis and resource allocation; strengthen governance processes with senior leadership; mentor the Program and Portfolio Management team; and serve as a strategic partner for portfolio prioritization and external collaborations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; 12+ years in biotech/pharma with 7+ years of management experience; expertise in drug development, project/program management, and portfolio governance; strong understanding of preclinical to clinical and regulatory processes; experience in oncology, immunology, or biologics preferred. High-Value: leadership in early to late-stage biologics or antibody-based therapies, cross-functional drug development, portfolio governance, external partnership management, and strategic planning within biotech/pharma.
