Executive Director, Product Development Team Leader, Clinical Research, Hematology - Lymphoma

Role: Executive Director (Distinguished Scientist) leading late-stage clinical development in Oncology, Hematology. Responsibilities: oversee Phase 2-5 trials, develop and execute program strategies, author regulatory documents, manage cross-functional teams, evaluate preclinical data, support business development, and communicate with regulatory agencies and external investigators. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD, at least 3 years of clinical medicine, 5+ years industry experience in drug development, proven success in clinical trial oversight, experience with regulatory submissions, and a strong research background. Preferred: Board certification in Oncology or Hematology, lymphoma expertise, publication record, and experience with product registration.
