Executive Director (Distinguished Scientist) β€” Product Development Team (PDT) lead for Oncology (Hematology).

Responsibilities
- Plan and direct late-stage clinical research (Phase 2–Phase 5) for new or marketed medicines; develop program strategy/design.
- Author/oversee protocols and manage initiation, execution, monitoring, analysis, regulatory reporting, publication, and presentation.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams; provide scientific leadership for clinical-trial support functions.
- Evaluate pre-clinical/translational work for early clinical development plans and IND applications.
- Execute clinical strategy, plan trials (design/operational plans/settings), and lead clinical subteams.
- Monitor/manage conduct of clinical trials; analyze/summarize clinical findings to support safety/efficacy decisions and new drug applications.
- Manage Clinical Directors/Senior Clinical Directors; lead governance presentations and stage-gate updates.
- Maintain scientific knowledge and identify/engage investigators; attend scientific meetings.
- Author development documents (budgets, position papers), facilitate external collaborations, and travel ~20%.

Education
- M.D. or M.D./Ph.D.

Required Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years clinical medicine.
- 5+ years industry drug development; oversee multiple studies/protocols through completion.
- Author regulatory documents; lead regulatory-agency discussions.
- Scientific scholarship/achievement; biomedical research background.
- Strong collaboration in a matrix environment; clear communication.

Preferred
- Board Certified/Eligible in Oncology/Hematology (or related); lymphoma experience.
- Prior clinical research and publication record; product registration experience.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Salary range: $310,900–$489,400; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable).
