Role: Executive Director (Distinguished Scientist) leading late-stage clinical research in Oncology, Hematology, overseeing phases 2-5. Responsibilities: develop and execute program strategies, lead cross-functional teams, manage clinical trial design and conduct, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate findings for investigational and marketed medicines. Engage in scientific oversight, external investigator collaborations, and support business development evaluations. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD, minimum 3 years clinical medicine and 5 years industry drug development experience, with success in protocol oversight and regulatory document authoring. High-Value: Oncology and Hematology focus, lymphoma experience preferred, leadership in late-stage clinical trials, regulatory interactions, and cross-functional management. Work setup: hybrid with approximately 20% travel.
