Executive Director, Portfolio Analytics & Systems Architecture

Role: Executive Director, Portfolio Analytics & Systems Architecture, leading the development of advanced data and analytics infrastructure for Dyne's clinical R&D portfolio, focusing on muscle and CNS therapeutic programs. Responsibilities: design and implement a unified insights platform providing real-time, trusted reporting and predictive analytics; architect enterprise data models integrating internal and external sources; lead data governance, analytics methodologies, and AI/ML deployment for prescriptive insights; develop predictive site and country selection analytics; and drive change management and adoption of analytics solutions aligned with GxP and regulatory standards. Requirements: 18+ years in biopharma R&D with expertise in clinical operations analytics, portfolio management, and enterprise data solutions; experience building scalable analytics platforms; proficiency in advanced analytics, ML, and operational planning; strong understanding of clinical development lifecycle, GxP, and data privacy; demonstrated stakeholder influence and leadership in matrix environments. Preferred: background in site/country analytics, vendor performance, R&D IT systems, and data governance. Work setup: based in Waltham, MA, with a focus on enterprise-wide data-driven decision support for clinical development.
