Executive Director, Pharmacovigilance Systems & Enablement

Role: Executive Director, PV Systems & Enablement within Global Patient Safety at Regeneron, leading the strategic vision and modernization of PV systems and AI-enabled capabilities. Responsibilities: define and execute PV systems strategy, oversee data architecture, integrate AI solutions, collaborate with IT and AI CoE, ensure GxP compliance, and manage vendor performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop talent, and influence enterprise priorities. Qualifications: 15+ years in pharmacovigilance, safety systems, or AI-enabled solutions; deep knowledge of PV processes, safety databases, signal detection, and regulatory standards; experience in modernizing PV operations with AI; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. High-Value: extensive PV systems expertise, AI application in regulated environments, system modernization, GxP compliance, cross-functional leadership, and vendor management. Work Setup: onsite 4 days/week in Tarrytown, NY, Warren, NJ, or Cambridge, MA; ~25% travel.
