Executive Director, Operations Lead

Role: Executive Director, Operations Lead overseeing clinical trial management for Madrigal's MASH therapeutics, including Rezdiffra. Responsibilities: develop and execute clinical trial strategies from planning to close-out, manage CRO relationships, oversee budgets and site interactions, ensure compliance with industry standards (ICH-GCP, SOPs), lead team development, and support regulatory submissions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Pharmacy; MS or PharmD preferred; minimum 10 years in clinical operations with experience in early to late-stage trials, ideally in metabolic or liver-related therapeutics. High-Value: expertise in global drug development, multi-national pivotal trials, regulatory interactions (FDA, EMA), and protocol/ISR development.
